VisaRequest explains IELTS test options, points you to official test requirements, and assists with test registration steps. TestHarbour is the name of this IELTS service.

Government and test-provider roles

This website is not a government portal. The service offered here does not apply for or obtain visas, passports, permits, citizenship, or other government documents. IELTS for UKVI is an English language test; help registering for that test is separate from a visa application.

The test provider determines test availability, identification requirements, delivery and results. Your receiving organisation or relevant authority determines the test and score it accepts. VisaRequest cannot guarantee a score, a test place, an admission decision or a government decision.

Prices and payments

The pricing page shows VisaRequest’s package totals and the separate booking and support charges. The booking charge includes a service margin. These are not government fees or British Council’s official direct-booking prices. You may book directly with British Council without buying VisaRequest support.

The website does not process payments. Before paying, ask VisaRequest for a written confirmation of the test, available date and location, full price, included support, payment recipient and applicable cancellation or refund terms.

Cancellations, transfers and refunds

Test-provider policies govern the test booking. Ask VisaRequest to identify the applicable provider policy and confirm in writing how it applies to your booking, including any separate VisaRequest service charges, before paying. This website does not promise a refund or transfer entitlement.
